alternative officing, shared offices and the virtual office

Virtual officing is a cost effective alternative to officing where as the necessary space is available on an as need basis. That space may be a conference space for large or small groups or individual office.

We met with all officers and individuals of various job functions to determine the feasibility of an alternative approach. Once the approach was accepted we determined an immediate shift to the new plan and a 5 year potential once the new style of officing is embraced. This was coupled with a cost analysis of the real estate savings to the new renovation and furniture costs. A 5 year payback study was completed.
