- OCCUPANY EVALUATION OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS
- FACILITATE MEETINGS WITH EXECUTIVE OFFICERS TO DETERMINE DRIVERS OF CHANGE THAT MAY IMPACT SPACE NEEDS, INTER OFFICE DEPARTMENTAL RELATIONSHIPS, EXTERNAL OFFICE RELATIONSHIPS, IMAGE PLANNING, AND CURRENT CONDITIONS
- FACILITATE FOCUS GROUPS BY DISIPLINE AND JOB TITLE TO DETERMINE THE RELATIONSHIP OF PRODUCTIVITY TO SPACE NEEDS, AND RELATIONSHIP OF PRODUCT PRODUCTION TO SPACE NEEDS
- PRESENT DIRVERS OF CHANGE AND SUGGESTED PATTERNS THAT INFLUENCE SPACE. EVALUATE
- PRESENT COST TO BENEFIT
