The workflow of a check through the federal banks is of major concern and exiting architecture has not enhanced the process. Specific work flow analysis was done from loading dock to completion. space was redesigned to reflect the workflow in all systems.

Workflow for the individual, Space/person guidelines:

Via focus groups we determined needs analysis for the individual workforce (personal space, common space). We designed new space standards and determined how the existing furniture inventory could reflect the new standards.
