SNET was a two part study over the course of 6 months.

Portfolio analysis:

We studied the entire SNET real estate portfolio. We documented costs to operate, distance to workforce and amenities, renovation requirements, building square footage (Gross and usable) and ability to use within new space/person guidelines.

Space/person guidelines:

Via focus groups we determined needs analysis for the individual workforce (personal space, common space). We designed new space standards and determined how the existing furniture inventory could reflect the new standards.

Programming documents were then produced for each individual facility to be retained by SNET.
